Bacon lettuce tomato pasta salad in a bowl

All the flavors of a classic BLT sandwich in a pasta salad form. Loaded with a creamy ranch dressing and packed with bacon crumbles, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. This pasta is large enough to feed a crowd and is guaranteed to be a hit!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 12 ounce package of bacon (reserve some to garnish)

  • 1 pound box fusilli pasta

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar or white cheddar cheese; shredded

  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes; cut in half (plus more to garnish)

  • 2 cups thinly sliced Church Brothers Farms Green Leaf Lettuce (plus more to garnish) 

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

Instructions: 

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

Cook bacon until crispy, then cool and crumble.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, pepper and lemon juice. 

Add cooled pasta to the bowl and stir to coat. 

Add in shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion and bacon crumbles. Gently fold to combine. Top with more bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Enjoy!
