Two turkey cranberry hoagie rolls with Church Brothers green leaf package in the background

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 hoagie roll

  • 2–3 large leaves Church Brothers Farms Green Leaf Lettuce

  • 4 oz sliced roasted turkey (leftover or deli)

  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (or aioli)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

  • 1/4 cup stuffing (optional) 

  • Salt and pepper to taste


     

 

Instructions: 

Slice hoagie roll in half lengthwise.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half, and Dijon mustard on the top half.

Layer green leaf lettuce on the bottom, followed by turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, and stuffing.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Close the sandwich with the top roll and slice in half to serve.
