INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 (12 oz) bags Church Brothers Farms Stir Fry Veggies

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, divided

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Optional: chopped green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions:

Dice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces — kitchen scissors work great for this step! Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add the Church Brothers Stir Fry Veggies directly to the skillet with a drizzle of olive oil if needed.

Sauté for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic to make the sauce.

Return chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top. Toss gently to coat. Cook another 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is glossy.

Top with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve warm over rice, quinoa, or noodles.
