INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup

Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Cup

Dry Mustard, Ground, Coleman's

Eggs, Whole

1 Cup

White Sugar

6 Cups 

Mayonnaise

1 Cup

Honey

1/4 Cup

Fresh Chopped Parsley

2 Tablespoons

Green Onions, Sliced Thin

Preparation

In Mixing bowl combine vinegar and dry musard, using wire whip, blend well

Cover Mixture with plastic and allow to sit at room temp for 2 hours

In mixing bowl combine eggs and sugar, using wire whip blend until frothy

Add vinegar mixture to eggs; cook over double boiler until thickend, do not curdle

Allow mixture to cool; add remaining ingredients
