Ingredients:
  • 1 pound heirloom red spinach

  • 8 gala apples

  • 32 ounces white grape juice

  • 1 cup water

PREPARATION:

Place heirloom red spinach and gala apples into juicer and juice.
Combine fresh pressed juices with white grape juice and water.

For a “filtered” clear juice, let the mixture sit and settle for 1 hour. Gently ladle the clear liquid from the top leaving behind the green/brown murky residue.

Serve the clear liquid chilled and enjoy!

RECIPE TIP: If your preference is for a more clear, transparent juice; the key is to let the sediments fall to the bottom and skim the top.

Yields roughly 50 ounces
