Recipe: “Louis Style” Seafood Salad Dressing

DESCRIPTION

A proven crowd (family) pleaser for dressing for iceberg or romaine lettuce salads with any crab or shrimp.

RECIPE CREDIT:

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup

Whipping Cream: Whipped

2 ½ Cup

Mayonnaise (Recommend Best Foods Mayo brand)

1 Cup

Heinz Chili Sauce

½ Cup

Green Bell Peppers: Finely Chopped

½ Cup

Green Onions: Finely Chopped

1 Dash

Tabasco

1 Dash

Worcestershire Sauce (Recommend Lea N Perrins brand)

½ Lemon

Juice of ½ Lemon

½ Cup

Parsley: Finely Chopped

PREPARATION:
  • Mix all ingredients above except the whipping cream.

  • Add mixture of ingredients to whipped whipping cream.

SERVING:
  • Keep dressing refrigerated until ready to use.

TIPS:
  • Serve this dressing over iceberg or romaine lettuce with any crab or shrimp.
