Reports to: VP of Business Development

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Summary: Work as a part of the Church Brothers’ Strategic Customer Team to grow sales and build customer relationships. Provide feedback and information regarding product quality, handling and store processes. Cover the Phoenix, AZ and surrounding territory. Serve as the front line contact between Church Brothers and Subway franchises.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Daily Customer Visits to Subway Franchises in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas

  • Coordinate these visits with Subway store management

  • Basic Relationship Building with Subway Stores, management and employees

  • Provide Training or Product Handling Information as needed by Subway stores

  • Collect as much information as possible on receiving, storage, handling and application processes at store level

  • Feedback from Store Employees on Quality and possible issues

  • Quality Reports on Shred Lettuce and Baby Spinach

  • Complete Understanding of Subway specs, processes and volumes with regards to Church Brothers

  • Complete Subway Store Visit Check List

  • Potentially Use QA Electronic Check List to determine quality issues

  • Maintain accurate records of visits and submit weekly

  • Provide Weekly Feedback Reports to VP New Business Development

  • Other function/duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or attending four-year College or university.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Performs computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division correctly; solves practical problems by choosing appropriately from a variety of mathematical techniques such as formulas and percentages. 2

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Equipment Used

Computer, calculator, copy machine and all office equipment

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with Famous computer system preferred

  • Experience in Excel and MS Word preferred

  • Able to work in a respectful and professional manner with all levels of employees

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

Other Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Work onsite and meet position’s attendance schedule, as required by the job
