CHURCH BROTHERS: Kori Tuggle, vice president of marketing for Church Brothers Farms, Salinas, Calif., says the company had several new products at Fresh Summit. She and Alejandro Tomas Callejas, research and development manager show some of Church Brothers’ retail club packs, which are available in several vegetables, organic and conventional. Tuggle said the company also displayed Ready Pep peppers, which have the stems and seeds removed and can be shipped in mixed loads since they need to be refrigerated. The company also introduced diced broccoli stem blend for foodservice customers.
